1. Acceptance of Terms

By requesting a quote or booking services with Floorist Remodeling LLC (“Company”), you (“Client”) agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable state and federal laws, including the Home Improvement Consumer Protection Act (HICPA), 73 P.S. § 517.1 et seq.

2. Online Quotes & Contracts

All online quotes are estimates based on information provided and are not binding until confirmed in writing. Any services requested or booked online constitute your acknowledgment of and agreement to the scope, pricing, and schedule provided in the quote.

3. Payments & Change Orders

Deposits, progress payments, and final payments are due per the schedule in your online quote or subsequent contract.
Special-order materials and additional services require separate written approval and may affect the total contract price.
Any changes to the scope, materials, or schedule must be documented in a written Change Order signed by both Client and Company.
Late payments may incur interest or fees as disclosed in the contract.

4. HICPA Compliance & Rescission

You retain the right to rescind a home improvement agreement within three (3) business days of signing, as required under HICPA. Refunds will be issued within ten (10) business days of timely notice, subject to any services already authorized and performed.

5. Right to Record & Document

By requesting a quote, booking services, or inviting Company personnel to your property, you consent to allow Company and its affiliated personnel to record and document all conversations, communications, and interactions related to the services and any subsequent projects.

Recordings may be used for quality assurance, training, or business documentation purposes.
You may opt out of recordings by emailing privacy@flooristremodeling.com prior to service commencement. Opt-out requests will not affect your right to receive services but may limit certain internal documentation practices.

6. Access & Site Requirements

You agree to provide reasonable access to the work site, utilities, and any information necessary to perform services safely and effectively. Company is not liable for delays caused by lack of access or client interference.

7. Limitation of Liability

Company is not liable for delays, damages, or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond its control, including weather, supply shortages, or client-caused delays. All services are subject to the terms of the executed agreement and applicable law.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Pennsylvania law, including HICPA and other applicable home improvement regulations. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with the governing law provisions in the executed agreement.

9. Acceptance

By submitting a request for a quote or Acceptance of Terms

By requesting a quote or booking services with Floorist Remodeling LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable state and federal laws, including HICPA (73 P.S. § 517.1 et seq.), and consent to the right-to-record provisions unless you opt out via privacy@flooristremodeling.com.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on our website with the effective date.
